Delivery

Shipping options and rates

Since our warehouse is not located within Finland, we offer several options when it comes to delivery companies, such as UPS and DHL. All the different delivery options and the delivery prices valid at any given time are shown at checkout (from €6.90). Free shipping is available for purchases over €59.

Receiving the package

The delivery time indicated at checkout covers processing, packaging and transport of the order.

For example, if the delivery time is 2-5 days, this means that your order will be shipped in 2 working business days, but it should arrive within 5 business days. Please note, should there be any delays with processing we will bring it to your attention, and it will be reported on the tracking page which you will receive in your email once the package is shipped.

Tracking an order

Once your order has been packaged, we will email you the tracking link that ensures you track the progress to your destination. Do not panic if the tracking link delays it is not unusual. The link will update on arrival destination in the stated delivery days.

Although if nothing happens on the tracking page behind the link for 3-4 business days, you can always contact our customer service team, and we will sort it out. We do not receive a separate notification of delays in the delivery process for individual packages, so please do not hesitate to contact us yourself.

Note! During peak seasons, there may be slight delays in packing and/or delivering your package. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our packaging

You will receive your package order in a simple brown cardboard box with no branding, or logos, ensuring your purchase stays private. The sender on the box shows “SHADIA OY”.

Combination orders

Placing two orders or more during a short period of time seem like a good strategy to combine them into one shipment to save on shipping cost. Unfortunately, our subscription and payment systems do not allow combining orders. The orders must be processed as separate orders that will be shipped separately.

Picking packages from the warehouse

Lemmenlelu.fi only operate as an online store, unfortunately it is impossible to pick up the orders directly from us as the products are not directly shipped from our local address.

Placing An Order

When you select a product, on the right-hand side there is “Add to cart” that adds the products you would like to purchase. Below the payment options, you can find more information about the product and its size, materials, and other important product features. 

Remember, every product needs their essentials such as Lube and Cleansers. Which are under the Wellness Category. 

Cashier 

Once you have added the desired products and proceeded to check out, you will need to provide your personal details so that we can ship your package as quickly and smoothly as possible. Kindly confirm that all the information you have provided, such as address, email address, and phone number, is correct. 

Once you have confirmed that the details are correct do the following: 

  • Choose your preferred delivery and payment Method. 
  • Remember to read and accept the terms and conditions of order and delivery as well as our privacy policy. 
  • Click on “Place Order” and it will direct you to the payment page. 

Do not hesitate with the payment page by pressing to return page as this might restart the transaction. Once the payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation order from us.  

Ordering Process

Once your order is successful, we will immediately start processing it and send you a confirmation email with the shipping details/ tracking once packaged and handled to the delivery company. 

The tracking link is usually activated within 2-3 business days and allows you to track the progress of your package throughout the delivery process. If you have ordered different products the shipping might be delivered in different packages and if so, you will be sent a new delivery tracking notification (rarely happens, but if it comes that). 

In some cases, the tracking link will not direct you to the website of your chosen delivery company, but to the tracking page of your own delivery partner. This tracking page is often more specific and shows all the steps of the package along the way. It may take a couple of days for the package to reach the final delivery company. 

Email Verification

Immediately after an order has been placed, the confirmation email arrives to the email address that you provided while entering personal details during purchase. 

If, by any chance it did not arrive kindly check the following: 

  • There was a typo in the email address. 
  • The email might have been directed to SPAM folder. 
  • You have multiple email addresses, and your browser's autofill feature has changed the email address at checkout. 

 

If none of the above works and still have no confirmation email, kindly contact our customer service and we will immediately handle the situation.  

Discount Code

Newsletter subscribers receive discount codes occasionally, whereby we offer free shipping, Free test product or product discount. 

The following is how to redeem your discount code: 

  1. Go to your “Added cart” and click on “discount +”. 
  2. Enter your discount code (ensure that you put the code as received, if any capitals) and click “Apply”. 
  3. The price will be updated automatically, and the discount code will be added to your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • Only one discount code works in per order because it can be limited to a certain value, meaning that if you try to use more than one code at the same time, only the discount of the most recent one will be added to the order.   
  • If you already entered the discount code and pressed “back” or page refreshed, the discount code will no longer be applied but you will have to re-enter the code again. 
  • Take note that, once you have checked out and placed an order, it is no longer possible to use a discount code. Be sure to use the discount code before checking out. 
  • Discount codes are valid for a limited time. Each code's validity period is indicated in the instructions provided. If you have any questions or issues with your discount code, kindly reach out to us. 
Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases in Lemmenlelu.fi online store. When you place an order in our online store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

No-Resale Policy

Products purchased from Lemmenlelu.fi are intended solely for personal use. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or merchant use of any items purchased from our store is strictly prohibited. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order that appear to be intended in resale or place by a merchant. We are unable to accept customer claims related to our no-resale policy. 

Payment & Security

At checkout, you will always see all our payment options. We offer a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, VISA, and Mastercard. You can also choose Mobile pay or use a payment service that allows you to split the payment into instalments (Klarna) or offers the opportunity to pay all at once. 

Please note that Lemmenlelu does not support cash-on-delivery. All orders must be paid using the available online payment methods. We don't charge extra for paying with a credit card or any other fees like taxes or duties. 

Fee Charged

The money will be charged from your account according to the payment method. For card payments, it may show as pending for a day or two before the transaction completes. For bank transfers, it usually charges once the bank processes it. For services like PayPal or Klarna, the deduction can happen either immediately or when order is shipped. 

For Klarna Payment Method: With Klarna, you can shop as it suits you best; You can pay the entire amount at once or divide it into parts. 

Pay within 30 days 

You can pay the amount by invoice with a payment period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. This way, you can familiarize yourself with the products before paying.

You can pay the amount in three interest-free monthly instalments. This allows you to break down the cost into smaller chunks.
